These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Fast Track 1 NY. By purchasing, accessing or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these terms.
1. The service
The service may include access to a digital resource catalog, APIs, modules, plugins, update information, white-label tools and controlled downloads. Available resources, versions, categories and integrations may change over time.
2. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for accurate account details, maintaining credential confidentiality and all activity under your account. API keys, download seeds and account credentials must not be published, shared outside your authorized organization or embedded in public client-side code.
3. Permitted use and licensing
Your plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and access permitted resources during an active subscription. White-label or customer distribution rights apply only to the extent expressly included in your plan and the applicable resource license. You must not bypass limits, scrape protected endpoints, resell credentials, remove required notices, distribute malware or use the service unlawfully.
4. Resource responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing each resource before production use, maintaining backups, testing compatibility and ensuring your use complies with third-party licenses, laws and platform rules. Resource availability does not constitute legal, security or compatibility advice.
5. Plans, billing and changes
Fees, billing periods, included categories and limits are shown at checkout or in your order. Recurring services renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled under the checkout provider’s process. We may modify future pricing or plan contents with reasonable notice where practicable.
6. Fair use, suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where payment is overdue, credentials are compromised, usage threatens platform stability, limits are bypassed or these terms are materially breached. You may stop using the service at any time; cancellation does not automatically create a refund right.
7. Availability and updates
We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of any specific resource or immediate availability of every update. Maintenance, provider incidents, legal requests and third-party changes may affect service.
8. Intellectual property
The platform software, branding, documentation and original materials remain owned by us or our licensors. Third-party resources remain subject to their respective rights and licenses. No ownership transfers unless expressly stated.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We exclude implied warranties not required by law and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you for the affected service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
